		<description>I&#039;m all about 100 girly push-ups (I hate calling them that, but there it is)...  I&#039;ll see what I can do about the regular ones, too, though.  I&#039;ve been warming up with moving boxes, so I&#039;ll see if that&#039;s had any positive effects in the armal area.</description>

		<description>I like it! But... I want to concentrate on running consistency which is pretty bad right now... so I&#039;ll commit to pushups too but not to 100... just to significant improvement... 		<description>I used to do the girly kind sort of religiously, only because my running friends always did pushups and crunches after our runs my freshman year and I felt like a wimp if I went in and showered while they were still out in the hallway. But I hate pushups. Which means they&#039;re probably good for me. Which means I&#039;m on the fence. Which means the likelihood of my not doing it is about 90%. But there is still that 10%.</description>
